Arnav's House
Description
2,000 square foot home, just 8 minutes from Georgetown University and close to Trader Joe’s and Safeway for easy grocery runs. A bus stop right next to the house makes it simple to get around to places like Dupont and Rosslyn in DC. You’ll be in a really safe neighborhood, sharing the space with two girls and a guy. The house has three floors, giving everyone plenty of room. It has a big dining room and living room, great for hanging out or relaxing. There’s one bedroom in the basement with a bathroom and a window that lets in lots of natural light. Another bedroom is on the main floor, and the third one is upstairs. The second bathroom is upstairs. Ideally, the person on the main floor and the one in the basement should know each other as they’ll be sharing the basement bathroom. If you have a car, parking is available for an extra $200 a month, and utilities average about $75 a month. This place is also really close to Wisconsin Street, putting you right in the heart of things.
