Sign Contract – Sublet seekers have 3 days to accept or reject the sublease, after which it’s automatically declined. If accepted, they securely pay the security deposit through Loftly to finalize the agreement.
Coordinate Move-in – Hosts and subtenants coordinate key pick-up, landlord contact, furniture needs, utility payments (if not included), and other move-in details before the lease transfer.
Complete Payments – Subtenants are auto-charged rent starting on the first day of the sublease. Loftly holds payments until the subtenant confirms they’ve moved in and everything is as agreed, ensuring the host meets their obligations.
